Paul Thalmann‘s legal practice focuses on: company and commercial law; corporate restructurings; reorganizations and relocations; mergers & acquisitions; the capital market, especially placements; corporate governance and compliance; advice on and drafting of contracts; competition law and assistance in commercial litigation as well as national and international arbitration.
